OPTION A: (Non Cash Bar) Cost:
We use our bar or the bar at a venue/on site. Set-up fee
Client supplies all beverages, ingredients & condiments. Client to pay Hourly rate per Bartender or per Cocktail Bartender.
We supply bar-staff and equipment only. Client Responsible for any breakages.
The bar set-up includes Bar Utensils. Client Responsible for staff travelling cost as listed below.
Ice is for the Clients expense, although we can provide it.  
The client will take over any used beverages after the function from us.(Opened six-packs calculated at cost)  


NB: A minimum Charge of four hours per bartender/waiter will be levied, in the event of a function being between one and four hours.

The bar set-up includes Bar Utensils & Glasses and Ice. Client Responsible for any breakages.
Client pays NO hourly rate per bartenders for the duration of services required, including set-up time. Client Responsible for staff travelling cost as listed below.
We supply all beverages, ingredients as per customer request.  
We supply bartenders, beverages and equipment only.  
Beverages are charged on consumption only.  

Transport Cost: OPTION A

There will be a fuel levy  if the venue is further than 10 kilometres from place of trade, or 10 kilometres from the Pietermaritzburg CBD.

There will be a fuel levy per kilometre, if the venue is further than 10 kilometres from place of trade, or 10 kilometres from the Pietermaritzburg CBD.
